Job Summary:

The Third Street Coordinator/Case Manager will be responsible for the coordination and management of the Third Street program, a housing program for single mothers with one or two children (birth to five years old), or women in their last trimester of pregnancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide programming and services to support Third Street families in maintaining housing, securing resources, and improving financial security.
  • Develop and implement culturally inclusive, trauma-informed programming and services.
  • Collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, or related field(s); or a minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of housing and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Pass a caregivers background check.
