Volkswagen Warranty Claims Processor - Job Description

Jeff D'Ambrosio Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Processor to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims for Volkswagen vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Process warranty claims from submission to final resolution, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues.
  • Analyze and resolve complex claims disputes, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of claim status, including documentation and communication history.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the claims department.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warranty claims administration, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Volkswagen's policies and procedures.

Salary and Benefits:
