Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group is looking for a Warranty Administrator.

Job Qualifications:

Requires previous experience processing claims
Prepares warranty claims in a timely manner
Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedules
Resubmits all rejected claims promptly
Maintains and files warranty repair orders
Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
Obtains prior repair approval when required
Reviews technicians comments for the 3C's (Concern, Cause & Corrections) and verifies that all documents are attached to repair order
