Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group is looking for a Volkswagen Warranty Administrator.

Job Qualifications:

  • Requires previous experience processing VW and/or MITSUBISHI claims
  • Prepares warranty claims in a timely manner
  • Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedules
  • Resubmits all rejected claims promptly
  • Maintains and files warranty repair orders
  • Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
  • Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
  • Obtains prior repair approval when required
  • Reviews technicians comments for the 3C's (Concern, Cause & Corrections) and verifies that all documents are attached to repair order
