We are seeking a highly skilled Volkswagen Warranty Administrator to join our team at Jeff D'Ambrosio Volkswagen. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing warranty claims in a timely manner and ensuring that all warranty receivables are reconciled with payments through the correct accounting schedules.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience processing warranty claims for Volkswagen and/or MITSUBISHI and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also be responsible for resubmitting all rejected claims, maintaining and filing warranty repair orders, and processing all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.

As a Volkswagen Warranty Administrator, you will work closely with our technicians to review their comments for the 3C's (Concern, Cause & Corrections) and verify that all documents are attached to repair orders. You will also be responsible for following up on payment of outstanding claims and obtaining prior repair approval when required.
