As a Retail Sales Associate, Store-in-Store with Disability Solutions, you will play a vital role in bringing our brand to life within National Sales partner locations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, create energy and excitement around our products and services, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our products and services.
  • Recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers to help them understand how to self-serve and utilize our app for wireless needs.
  • Partner with nearby store locations to properly onboard customers and provide a seamless experience.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)
  • Customer Satisfaction: Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun with our customers.
  • Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
  • Team Building: Desire to be part of a team that serves customers and provides resolutions to issues.
  • Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.00/hour
  • On-the-job training and the opportunity to earn a total of $1,500 while completing training milestones
  • Eligibility for incentives, including an annual incentive target of $18,000/year
