Position Overview:

Job Title: Lead Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to comprehend business needs and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
  • Develop and document detailed technical specifications for features or system architecture, ensuring a clear development roadmap.
  • Architect, build, and configure applications to fulfill business process and application requirements, utilizing your technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Guide the development team through all phases of the software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and debugging, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Produce testable, scalable, and efficient code, leading by example and establishing coding standards for the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT sector.
  • Proficiency in Java.
  • Experience with MuleSoft and Talend.
  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain is essential.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.

Location:

  • Hybrid work model available.

Compensation: The salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
