Aire Serv is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Customer Service: Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in other positions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional appearance and positive attitude to represent Aire Serv in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge to install, maintain, and repair complex systems.
  • Driver's License: Valid State Driver's License and clean driving record to operate company vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 60 lbs. to perform physical tasks and duties.
