Goldfish Swim School is a leading provider of swim lessons for children aged 4 months to 12 years. Our mission is to teach kids how to swim and be safer in and around the water, while making their experience GOLDEN.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our swimmers and providing a positive and engaging experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide lifeguard supervision to ensure the safety of swimmers
- Provide first aid as necessary
- Work with children to teach them water safety skills
- Assist with swim lessons and aquatic programs
- Ability to work with children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy and a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass background examinations prior to training
- Paid on-the-job training
- Flexible scheduling
- A culture-driven company with a focus on employee recognition and development
- A competitive hourly rate of $14.00 - $15.00
