Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service by greeting guests warmly, offering local insights, and ensuring memorable experiences.
  • Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements, delivering personalized interactions.
  • Champion the restaurant, curate lasting guest relationships, and foster a sense of community.

Additional Duties
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy host stand and processing paperwork accurately.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage reservations, and support room service requests.
  • Collaborate with servers, maintain table cleanliness, and aid in beverage refills.
  • Adapt to varied responsibilities outside the standard role as needed.

Qualifications
  • Prior customer service or hospitality background preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficiency in communicating product details, menu options, and allergy information.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn restaurant POS and reservation systems.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for hospitality, and a flair for crafting memorable experiences.
  • Food Handler Certification may be required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays based on business needs.
