Job Description

This role plays a vital part in the success of our car wash service. As a Car Wash Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Greeting customers and ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Selling unlimited car wash passes and packages to increase revenue
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Read, understand, and write the English language at an eighth-grade level
  • Perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level to make change accurately
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Remain calm and composed in emergency situations
  • Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
  • Work in various temperature environments
  • Perform general housekeeping duties as needed
