Job Description

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a teaching team in the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-age children.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging in positive and nurturing child interactions, completing child assessments and observations, and working closely with the teaching team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, as well as meet MA EEC Lead Teacher qualifications.

You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $20.00 per hour or higher, depending on level of education, as well as a range of benefits including generous paid time off, sick time, and health insurance options.
