Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently removes and collects cash drop boxes from VLTs, Sportsbook, and ATM Kiosks.
- Collaborates with Security personnel to transport cash carts securely.
- Accurately counts, verifies, and straps large volumes of currency.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy in all transactions and counts to uphold the integrity of financial operations.
- Operates and performs maintenance on various Soft Count equipment as directed by management.
- Ensures confidentiality regarding all Casino operational data and financial transactions.
- Manages multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing responsibilities with guidance from supervisors.
- Assists Team Leads with inventory management, supply orders, and maintenance of cash handling equipment.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment
Team Members may encounter secondhand tobacco smoke, particularly when working on the casino floor. The noise level in this environment is typically moderate but can escalate during peak times.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
- Frequent physical activities including carrying, reaching, twisting, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
- Regularly lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- A valid driver's license may be required, with insurability by the company's insurance agency.
- Basic understanding of computer applications, particularly Windows, is necessary.
- Experience in cash handling or clerical roles involving cash registers is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required.
- Compliance with pre-employment and random drug testing is mandatory.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license from the appropriate regulatory authority.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
