  • Partner with stakeholders across different organizations and seniority levels to define roadmaps, mitigate risks, prioritize against constraints, and design mechanisms for program success.
  • Establish a deep understanding of customers by diving into the details of their needs and learning Amazon's working backwards approach to delighting customers.
  • Drive greater mission outcomes by leveraging knowledge of our services and technical program management skills to unlock daily progress in our initiatives.

Our team includes a mix of product and program managers, each with distinct ownership of their own products/programs. We work together to deliver more than the sum of our parts, maintaining harmony between our personal and professional lives.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
