About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler Supervisor to join our team at Kevin Worthington. As a Scheduler Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing scheduling and supervision of Personal Care Services, personal care providers, and homemakers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orient new staff to agency policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Arrange and document training for staff members.
  • Schedule staff and notify clients of changes, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Perform written assignments of duties on a client-specific basis, tailoring care to individual needs.
  • Meet with staff as needed to provide guidance and support.
  • Receive and review referrals, following up with clients as necessary.
  • Conduct initial assessment visits to client homes, assigning caregivers and completing assessment forms.
  • Perform supervisory visits to client homes, ensuring quality care and client satisfaction.
  • Provide monthly supervision of client care, addressing concerns and making adjustments as needed.
  • Investigate complaints and incidents, taking prompt action to resolve issues.
  • Counsel staff on difficult cases and potentially hazardous situations.
  • Communicate with case managers, physicians, and other providers to ensure effective care.
  • Oversee staff record-keeping, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Attend client care conferences, staff meetings, and agency committee meetings, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job performance.
  • Adhere to agency core values, ethics, and mission, promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Personal Care Provider.
  • Home Care supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Completion of a nursing program is preferred.
  • Valid, current driver's license.
  • Access to a reliable automobile.
