About the Role

As a Sales Representative for Total Quality Logistics, you will be a key player in one of the nation's largest freight brokerage firms, making an impact on the recession-proof transportation industry. By relocating to a new location, you will join our Sales Program, which offers extensive paid training and mentorship to jump-start your career and set you up for success. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, selling and closing deals, and managing daily shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Establish a book of business by making outbound calls to new and existing clients
  • Sell and close deals to meet the freight transportation needs of clients
  • Utilize negotiation skills to determine pricing with shippers and carriers
  • Manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while addressing any issues that arise
