Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and results-driven professional to oversee the daily operations of our Nursing Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department
- Review nurses' notes to ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Conduct daily rounds to observe the care of residents and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans and policies
