We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical services team at Rainier Springs Mental Health Facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling therapies to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and create effective discharge plans to meet aftercare requirements.
- Collaborate with the utilization review department to optimize patient length of stay and treatment outcomes.
- Masters degree in a clinical field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) is required.
- Current licensure in the state of Washington is required for the OP Department; Associates license is accepted.
- CPI training in verbal and physical de-escalation is mandatory.
- Experience with group or classroom settings is essential.
The ideal candidate will be available to work a schedule of Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
