Dining Services Call Center Representative

The Dining Services Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide optimal customer service and document call information
- Communicate with patients, patients' families, and staff to ensure patient satisfaction
- Visit unit floors to assist patients with meal orders
- Monitor diet orders/changes and input supplements and tube feed orders
- Provide assistance to others in the Dining Services Call Center when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments throughout the organization
- Follow the daily office work flow to maximize customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year experience in a customer service setting preferred
Working Conditions:
The Dining Services Call Center Representative will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential.
