Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Qualified Staffing. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales initiatives.
Job Summary:The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, and promoting cross-selling services to maintain long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize customer satisfaction by fostering a customer-centric mindset, gathering feedback, and continuously improving the customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, service agreements, and payment discrepancies, while assisting with credit checks and walk-in requests.
- Promote cross-selling of services and renew service agreements to maintain long-term customer relationships; assist with activating Paw Point accounts for rewards.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, tune-ups, and deliveries, ensuring optimal equipment performance and timely technical support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
- Upbeat personality and a warm and friendly demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, provide solutions, and convey information clearly.
- Demonstrates empathy, patience, and rapport-building skills, addressing customer concerns with understanding and finding suitable solutions.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to handle unpredictable situations and adjust strategies as needed.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with cross-selling and inside sales abilities to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- High School Diploma and/or GED required
- General knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Trades industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Service Titan

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $35,000-$40,000 based on the location in Richmond, VA, and the level of experience required.
