Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate requirements and conflicts to project leads and assist with conflict resolution.
  • Ensure that requirements are understood and approved by all stakeholders.
  • Manage requirement traceability and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the test strategy and test plans adequately cover the requirements.
  • Assist in defect resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Implementing and working with Salesforce Solutions.
  • Utilizing a SAFe Agile framework.
  • Working with vendor consultants.
  • Good experience in implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) preferably.
  • Experience in creating documents such as Business Requirement Documents, Software Requirement Documents, Process workflows, RAIDQs, Project Plans, User guides/Training materials, among others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
  • Business Analyst Certification.
  • Salesforce Certification.
