We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at White Glove Placement. As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
Requirements:
* Current RN license in the state of practice.
* Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in medical-surgical nursing.
* BCLS, ACLS, NRP, & PALS certification according to the specialty assigned.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
