Nursing Assistant

The Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support services at WMC Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, shaving, and oral care
• Ensure patients' dietary needs are met by serving meals and snacks, and assisting with menu completion
• Provide a safe and comfortable environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Obtain specimens as needed, under the guidance of medical staff
• Take vital signs accurately and document patient information
• Assist with turning and positioning patients, and ensuring accurate documentation of intake and output
Requirements:
• No experience required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• BLS Certification is required
