Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to become an integral part of our Sales Operations team. This role is pivotal in managing the processing of purchase and sales orders, issuing invoices, and addressing customer inquiries related to sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture business relationships with customers, field sales personnel, internal departments, and team members.
- Oversee the processing of sales orders and manage exceptions effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding billing, invoicing, purchase order confirmations, shipment status, returns, and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control, Contract Administration, and Accounting departments to ensure efficient order processing, timely invoice delivery, and resolution of disputes.
- Work closely with the Customer Solutions department to facilitate accurate and prompt CardioMessenger shipment processing and confirm patient information.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations or customer service with a focus on online order processing.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats across diverse groups within the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering strong working relationships.

- Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills and initiative.
- Proactive and conscientious, with a commitment to problem-solving and customer resolution regarding orders, invoicing, pricing, payments, and contracts.

Additional Information:
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience in project management is advantageous.
- Flexibility in scheduling may be required.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position include regular sitting, talking, and hearing. Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands are also required. Occasionally, the employee may need to lift or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include normal vision.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time hybrid position with standard working days from Monday to Friday, requiring at least three in-office days per week. Work hours may vary based on the supported time zone, and occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.
