At BIOTRONIK Neuro, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions for patients experiencing chronic pain. As a Clinical Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our mission by providing technical clinical expertise and support to our sales team, customers, and healthcare providers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical, clinical, and programming assistance to support our sales team and customers.
  • Assist in after-hours call support and activities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport.
  • Stay up-to-date with complex programming and case support.
  • Work closely with our sales team to increase selling time and foster high-trust relationships with customers.
  • Conduct PCP work and educational in-services as directed.
  • Provide medical professionals with sales support, information, and training on our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop sales strategies for capital equipment opportunities.
  • Collect and study information about new and existing products, monitoring competitor sales, prices, and products.
  • Provide feedback to providers on the directions for use specific to implantable devices.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to stay updated on new product developments.
  • Use clinical expertise to identify customer training and in-service needs.
  • Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to communicate complex data.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to travel 25% within assigned region and/or outside assigned region.
