At BIOTRONIK Neuro, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions for patients experiencing chronic pain. As a Clinical Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our mission by providing technical clinical expertise and support to our sales team, customers, and healthcare providers.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide technical, clinical, and programming assistance to support our sales team and customers.
- Assist in after-hours call support and activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, establishing trust and rapport.
- Stay up-to-date with complex programming and case support.
- Work closely with our sales team to increase selling time and foster high-trust relationships with customers.
- Conduct PCP work and educational in-services as directed.
- Provide medical professionals with sales support, information, and training on our products and services.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers.
- Conduct evaluations and develop sales strategies for capital equipment opportunities.
- Collect and study information about new and existing products, monitoring competitor sales, prices, and products.
- Provide feedback to providers on the directions for use specific to implantable devices.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to stay updated on new product developments.
- Use clinical expertise to identify customer training and in-service needs.
- Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree or technical certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to communicate complex data.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to travel 25% within assigned region and/or outside assigned region.
