Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Title Production Specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for examining and verifying titles, creating and understanding title commitments, and prioritizing daily work to ensure client SLA's are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with data entry, knowledge or interest in title escrow, and demonstrated typing accuracy. Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize needs.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid disability and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401K with company match, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.

This is a mostly sedentary role that requires sitting for long periods each day. The employee uses hands and fingers to type, handle, and reach, and must be able to operate office machinery such as computers, phones, copiers, and printers.
