We are currently seeking a qualified Field Service Mechanic with substantial experience in heavy machinery to service various types of material handling equipment and forklifts. This role involves traveling to different locations and requires the candidate to work autonomously with minimal supervision. A valid driving record and personal tools are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and servicing of heavy lift machinery (diesel, electric, or LP fueled) to identify technical issues.
  • Assess and determine necessary repairs.
  • Maintain accurate service records for all equipment.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks at customer sites.
  • Test mechanical equipment post-repair or assembly to ensure optimal performance and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in hydraulic and diesel systems.
  • Exhibit strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
  • Prior experience with large mobile equipment is preferred.
  • Applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, physical examination, and background check.
