About the Job
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every customer has an unforgettable experience at our store. You'll work closely with our sales teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute customer-centric initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote our store and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our store remains competitive.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software and tools.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to maintain Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit.
- Ability to maintain Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, paid bi-weekly.
