Customer Experience Specialist Job Description

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building lasting relationships with clients while driving sales growth. This position demands strong communication skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing situations, working effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates personalized shopping experiences for customers, aligning with Company priorities and driving sales growth.
  • Takes ownership of personal metrics and performance goals, creating strategies to achieve targets.
  • Represents Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of product offerings.
  • Drives business through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers.

Salary Estimate: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
