Job Summary:

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a highly skilled Deviation Management Specialist to join a multinational pharmaceutical company for an onsite position in West Point, PA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and/or working on deviation investigations to prevent recurrence, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standardized work, engineering, and process tools to ensure consistent application.
  • Provide technical support to the manufacturing shop floor for problems and issues.
  • Author and update technical and manufacturing documents necessary for investigations, process design, and change control.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Sciences.
  • 2-5 years of post-bachelor's degree experience in GMP manufacturing and/or technical support of GMP manufacturing operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive results to hit assigned due dates.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Vaccine manufacturing experience.
  • Sterile processing experience.
  • Investigative tools experience.
