Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the Purchasing Team towards achieving excellence by establishing clear goals, tracking progress, coaching team members, and effectively addressing challenges.
  • Skillfully manage external pressures, unforeseen obstacles, and conflicts, allowing the team to concentrate on their primary duties without interruptions.
  • Design and uphold a comprehensive Supply Chain Continuity Plan that supports the company’s growth and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) initiatives.
  • Support Department Leaders in sourcing and pricing through established vendor partnerships.
  • Oversee vendor compliance and performance, taking corrective measures as necessary to guarantee optimal supplier performance and adherence to established standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience managing teams with direct reports.
  • At least 5 years of experience in purchasing within Supply Chain management.
  • Proficient in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
