Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from members regarding various issues, including eligibility for state and federal programs, and provide accurate information and support.
  • Perform advanced administrative and operational duties, requiring independent initiative and judgment, to ensure efficient and effective resolution of member issues.
  • Apply intermediate mathematical skills to accurately process and update member information in various systems.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.
Requirements
  • 3 years of customer service experience, including typing/data entry.
  • Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous healthcare experience.
  • Previous inbound and/or outbound call center experience.
