Position Overview:
The Customer Support Supervisor acts as the primary contact for customer logistics initiatives, striving to meet logistics performance benchmarks while serving as the liaison for distribution, warehousing, and sales to deliver superior logistics services efficiently.
This role encompasses the management of all facets of customer service, ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and fulfillment of their requirements.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer expectations regarding KPIs and service levels.
2. Oversee internal and external office functions.
3. Act as the main liaison with Sales, Production, and Global Logistics teams to ensure cost-effective customer service delivery.
4. Assist the Regional Logistics team in sourcing carriers and warehouses, collaborating with carriers to minimize costs.
5. Support operational activities.
6. Collaborate with production to address customer and manufacturing concerns.
7. Understand job responsibilities and provide backup for other roles as necessary.
8. Address escalated customer service issues.
9. Serve as the primary contact for customers.
10. Provide support to staff as required.
11. Design and implement enhanced processes or operational policies.
12. Recommend modifications to products or services to meet customer needs.
13. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position includes supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; two to five years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field is essential.

Compensation Range:
$80,000-$90,000* The stated pay range reflects the anticipated starting salary for this position. The company may adjust this range based on prevailing market conditions and other factors, including location. The company will engage directly with selected candidates regarding the final starting salary in compliance with all applicable laws.
