Job Title: Digital Sales Specialist

Audacy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to join our team in Miami. As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and selling our comprehensive digital products to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Media Sales Team on digital advertising sales calls
  • Identify and generate digital sales opportunities to grow digital revenue
  • Develop new business in digital sales and achieve assigned quota
  • Perform customer needs analyses to uncover client goals and strategic objectives
  • Recommend specific digital products to support the sales funnel and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Lead digital sales trainings to educate the local sales team on Audacy's digital offerings and go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
  • 2+ years sales-related experience preferred
  • 2+ years digital marketing experience preferred
  • Proven success in building client marketing campaigns using digital platforms
  • Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities to develop business
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs and Google Workspace Products
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and effective communicator
