Job Title: Account Executive - TENTING/RENTAL Sales Position

Job Summary:
PRO EM National Event Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the TENTING/RENTAL industry. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying new business opportunities, establishing new accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales prospects and their position in the industry.
Establish new accounts by conducting cold calls, approaching prospective customers through face-to-face interaction, and responding to qualified referrals.
Provide high-level customer service standards and establish rapport with potential customers through effective communication and product knowledge to generate opportunities for revenue growth.
Contact clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales.
Highlight product features and benefits, quote prices, discuss payment terms, and prepare sales order forms.
Meet personal and company goals while working efficiently with other members of the organization.
Keep management informed by submitting activity reports, weekly plan of action, and monthly territory analysis.

Requirements:
Minimum of three years of sales experience in the TENTING/RENTAL industry.
Experienced customer service professional with business development experience.
Ability to research and qualify new opportunities, and possess astute closing skills.
Strategic territory planning and management, with highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Negotiation skills, high level of self-confidence, and product knowledge.
Detail-oriented, with presentation skills and the ability to work independently in an outside sales setting.
Demonstrated history of outstanding professional sales achievements that aligned with corporate goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in using personal computer and inventory control software.
BASE SALARY $50,000, plus COMMISSION
