COMPENSATION: $47,000 Annual Salary
A reputable insurance firm is expanding its client support team with a hybrid work model available after a designated training period.
The selected candidate will undergo training to develop the necessary expertise to deliver outstanding client support. Proficiency in various software applications, including ClaimCenter, CARE, and Outlook, is essential. The role involves managing both incoming and outgoing service calls related to claims, including First Notice of Loss (FNOL), glass, towing, and ongoing claims inquiries. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to work effectively under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with both new and ongoing claims.
- Encourage participation in preferred provider programs and services when appropriate.
- Provide telephone support in alignment with job responsibilities.
- Comply with established call quality standards.
- Actively enhance product knowledge by utilizing available resources.
- Meet performance and reliability expectations set by management.
- Foster a positive and respectful workplace environment.
- May be required to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Maintain necessary state and non-resident licenses.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Complete ongoing job-related training as assigned.
