Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Origin Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the energy sector, focusing on lending, investments, and sales opportunities.
As a key member of our commercial banking division, you will leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of energy businesses. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying and cultivating new client relationships within the energy industry.
- Analyzing financial statements and creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Structuring and negotiating loan agreements, investment opportunities, and sales transactions.
- Providing ongoing relationship management and support to existing clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of commercial banking principles, a proven track record in energy lending, and exceptional client relationship management skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on energy lending, investments, or sales.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams of lenders.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial banking, including credit analysis, loan structuring, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and bank-specific software.
