Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough functional assessments of all equipment on the production line to guarantee adherence to standards, compatibility, and precise functionality.
  • Evaluate sub-assemblies and machine operations across various products, confirming product performance, quality, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Employ and maintain testing tools and equipment, including coins, tokens, currency, and player tracking cards, while documenting any discrepancies.
  • Diagnose issues by identifying defects and implementing suitable resolutions while sustaining the expected output rate.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to both new and current team members.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly operations is required.
  • Basic understanding of gaming industry regulations relevant to assigned responsibilities and a foundational proficiency with pertinent ERP tools is necessary.
  • Familiarity with communication and teamwork principles, intermediate mathematics, regulatory and jurisdictional standards, materials management, and production methodologies is essential.
  • Proficiency in using small hand tools is required.
  • A consistent attendance record is crucial, along with the ability to stand for an entire shift, lift 50 lbs regularly, and work overtime as needed.
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years old and capable of obtaining a gaming card.
  • Effective presentation of information in both individual and small group settings to colleagues, including management, is necessary.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition and subtraction, as well as counting and measuring, is required.
