Position Summary
The Business Process Analyst II plays a crucial role in overseeing IGT's Lottery, Video, and Sports Betting third-party maintenance contracts. This position is pivotal in ensuring compliance with maintenance agreements, managing vendor interactions, and fulfilling contractual obligations. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining accurate data related to maintenance agreements, hardware, software, and infrastructure records, ensuring precision in data management. Furthermore, the role entails generating reports utilizing Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other analytical tools.

  • Proactively manage upcoming maintenance expirations, planning renewal activities up to 120 days in advance.
  • Collaborate with site and infrastructure teams to initiate necessary approvals.
  • Request vendor quotes as directed by the business.
  • Generate SAP documentation as required.
  • Maintain data for third-party maintenance agreements through IGT's Salesforce CRM.
  • Process maintenance Purchase Orders within SAP.
  • Oversee the IGT Maintenance inbox, acting as a liaison for cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • Acquire knowledge of reporting and auditing processes, providing backup support as needed.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings and enhance data accuracy.
  • Develop renewal dashboards and forecast pipeline reports across assigned business functions.
  • Perform additional ad hoc tasks to support operational activities.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with IGT products and operational processes.
  • A college degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Proficient in SAP transactions and adept at high-volume data entry.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in managing large datasets.
  • Skilled in Excel, Tableau, and SAP.

At IGT, we consider various factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors may lead to variations in compensation. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482/yr - $115,000/yr, with actual pay potentially higher or lower based on qualifications.

Base pay is one component of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may qualify for commission payments, while other roles may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) Savings Plan with company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance, subject to eligibility requirements.
