Production Team Lead

Acre security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient and smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize workflows and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and support production workers to meet deadlines and minimize delays.
  • Supervise daily operations to increase output and improve quality.
  • Create training materials and manuals for the production team.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Ensure the facility complies with safety and professional standards.
  • Organize and track tasks to meet production goals.
  • Regularly review production stations to ensure efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between the production team and senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least five years of related experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to write reports and speak effectively in front of groups.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills, including calculating discounts, percentages, and applying algebraic and geometric concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Familiarity with MS Office or similar software to complete reports and logs.
