Clinical Phone Triage LPN Team Lead

**Job Summary:**

The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the triage team at Advanced Specialty Care. This role involves establishing and maintaining policies and procedures, as well as training employees and responding to patient requests and concerns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide clinical phone triage and post-operative calls
* Schedule appointments and respond to MD tasks
* Manage patient portal messages and prior authorizations
* Analyze test tracker reports and perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Excellent computer and typing skills
* Knowledge of ASC policies and procedures
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Willingness to adapt and be flexible

**Certifications and Licenses:**

* Active Connecticut LPN license
* BLS certification

**Work Schedule:**

* 40 hours per week, 8 am to 5 pm (Monday through Friday)
* Hybrid schedule with 2 days in the Danbury office and 3 days offsite
