Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Conduct focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Monitor and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patients' conditions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members, documenting nursing diagnoses.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to the Practical Nursing role.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Valid Health Certificate as required by the facility.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray documentation.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Preferred: One year of prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
