Clinical Nurse Manager

Granite State Gastrointestinal is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our clinical operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily management of clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, retain, and develop clinical staff to meet organizational goals
- Establish and monitor clinical productivity, quality, and financial goals
- Manage clinical processes and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and relations
- Act as a conduit between department and organization leadership
- Lead interdepartmental teams and participate in organizational change
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- 2-3 years of nursing management experience in a physician practice setting
- Strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality care
- Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, master's degree preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of NH
