Maxim Healthcare Services - LPN/LVN Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in Londonderry, NH. As a LPN/LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
