Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at Robinson Brothers Construction, LLC. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of your crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the work of your crew and ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
  • Perform all duties of an Underground Laborer & Operator
  • Help train new laborers and operators on proper processes and job functions
  • Submit daily time sheets for your crew members and yourself
  • Load, unload, and transport material, tools, and equipment
  • Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, and other temporary structures
  • Identify utilities in the trench/bore path
  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment
  • Ensure that equipment is cleaned and maintained
  • Report incidents to Supervisor or Safety Manager immediately
  • Submit daily Pre-trip inspections and JHA's
  • Operate all heavy equipment in a safe manner
  • Manage crew, ensure productivity

Requirements:

  • ~3- 5 years' experience in underground construction
  • ~ Experience operating heavy equipment
  • ~ Knowledge of proper operation and safety standards of heavy equipment
  • ~1-3 years' experience operating heavy machinery, including loaders, dozers, backhoes, and excavators
  • ~ Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner
  • ~ Basic knowledge of and ability to hand tools and equipment in a safe manner
  • ~ Class A CDL is a plus (Higher wage scales apply to CDL holders)
  • ~ Previous construction experience, preferably in the underground industry
