Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to residents with mental health needs
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Encourage and support residents in their daily routines and activities
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or condition
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- 1+ year of experience working with mental health patients in a group home setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
