Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $3,500

Community Care is hiring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities:

* Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
* Support the health of Community Care program members
* Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
* Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements:

* Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
* Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule:

* Monday - Sunday, Day Shift, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)
* Every other weekend
* Every other holiday
