Job Summary:

As a Caregiver at Sinceri Senior Living, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide consistent and quality care, ensuring our residents live meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
* Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance
* Respond to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provide or obtain assistance with care as necessary
* Assist in the dining room during resident meal times
* Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and outings, and assist with those activities as needed
* Assist in the cleanliness of the community, including straightening resident beds, emptying resident garbage, and tidying resident rooms daily and as needed
* Assist with resident laundry per shift guidelines

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting is preferred
* Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members
* Must be able to perform job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
* Able to pass the necessary tests (i.e., CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers, etc.) if required by state regulations
