Hajoca Corporation, a prominent distributor in the plumbing, heating, cooling, and industrial supplies sector, is committed to the principles of Service, Integrity, and Reliability. We pride ourselves on fostering strong relationships with our teammates, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers primarily through telephone communication, ensuring their needs are met and sales are effectively closed.
2. Accurately process sales orders and bids resulting from telephone transactions.
3. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, manage pricing discrepancies, and handle material returns in accordance with company policies.
4. Maintain open communication with the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager regarding any changes in customer business that may impact credit risk.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in contractor sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for email communication, sales planning, reporting, and customer data analysis.
- Exceptional customer service skills, along with strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to learn and operate computer systems for order processing and warehouse material-handling equipment.
