Executive Director Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Rittenhouse Village at Muhlenberg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operation and management of the community, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure exceptional resident care and service.
- Manage community finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community partners, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of success in managing operating expenses and driving revenue growth.
- Administrator License/certification.
